Grip Size — Comfort & Control

Slide to your hand measurement and get your recommended grip size instantly.

Find Your Grip
Measure the distance from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger (in cm).
Your Measurement
7.0 cm
Recommended Grip
#2 (4 1/4")
Most common for adult women. Good balance of control and comfort.
1
Use a continental grip
Hold the racket like a handshake. Base knuckle of index finger on the top-right bevel.
2
Check the finger gap
Exactly one index finger should fit between your fingertips and palm. Tighter = go up. Looser = go down.
3
When in doubt, go smaller
Many players use slightly smaller grips for more wrist freedom and spin. You can always add an overgrip.

Racket Weight — Find Your Match

There is no "men's" or "women's" racket. Weight depends on strength, swing speed, technique, and comfort.

9–10 oz
255 – 285 grams

  • Best for compact swings, juniors, arm discomfort
vs
Heavier Frames
11–12 oz
310 – 340 grams
  • + More powerful, stable, and controlled
  • Less maneuverable
  • Higher injury risk if technique is off
  • Best for aggressive players, fast long strokes
